If, after all passengers arriving on a flight has exited the plane and the chauffeur has not met the passenger, the passenger will be paged on the public address system. Alternatively, if the passenger cannot find his/her chauffeur, we request that they call dispatch at 703-933-1000 or Toll Free 1-800-584-1898 Ext. 2 and our dispatcher will assist you.
The dispatcher will then contact the chauffeur with further directions. (Note: failure to call our office in this instance, prior to leaving the airport, will result in a no-show charge.)
(Airport Regulations: It is not permitted for vehicles to wait curbside any longer than 3 Minutes.)
Upon landing, SMS message will be sent to the passenger regarding chauffeur contact information. If you have not received then please call 703-933-1000 once you have the entire luggage and are ready to board the vehicle. Then simply step out the doors to the curb and your driver will be pulling up in a few minutes.
All car services at the FBO’s are billed on an hourly rate. Minimum hourly rates apply. (Sedans and SUV’s are billed at a 2 Hour Minimum)
Our chauffeurs meet INSIDE LOBBY and assist travelers with a safe and relaxing ride.
No designated area. Proceed to Main Entrance, the “front portico” (or the loop).
All vehicle wait at a designated holding area awaiting passenger or dispatch to call them in. Outside of the main entrance, there is a designated taxi loading area, proceed to exit out of the main entrance cross over to second lane and you should be able to see the cars with sign.
For car services, there are no designated areas. You are to proceed to Ground Transportation where normal pickups/drop offs occur in the front circle.
